How it works
- One-sentence brief: a hiring manager submits what they need through a simple form.
- An agent structures the search: it splits the request into role keywords, candidate count and location, then builds a focused LinkedIn search.
- Real profiles are pulled automatically through a scraping actor, no manual sourcing.
- Every candidate is scored 0-100 against the role requirements: experience, skills, seniority, location fit. No gut feel, just criteria applied consistently.
- Results land in Excel, ranked, with strengths and weaknesses summarized per candidate.
What it replaces
The first week of any search: sourcing, skimming profiles, building the longlist, arguing about who makes the shortlist. The recruiter starts at the interview stage instead of the search stage, and the scoring is transparent enough to defend to the hiring manager.
Honest caveat from the build: profile scrapers are not perfect and will not fetch every candidate on the platform. This system finds a strong shortlist fast; it does not replace judgment on the final hire.
