FlowByte.ai provides AI Automation and Integration services using various no-coding tools and chatbot automation technologies. We tailor digital assistants and utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance business processes for companies across industries.
Upon signing the Agreement, you are required to provide all necessary data needed to complete the services as described in the User Agreement. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete.
All contents of the site are the exclusive property of FlowByte.ai unless otherwise stated.
FlowByte.ai ensures that the tools provided are functional and meet the goals outlined in the Agreement. However, we do not take responsibility for any third-party tools’ services, including but not limited to fees, policy changes, and pricing alterations. No warranties beyond those explicitly stated in the Agreement are provided.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
FlowByte.ai reserves the right to terminate your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.
FlowByte.ai reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and your continued use of the Services following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms of Service as modified.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
